Bridwell, Devon

In the heart of Devon, nestled amongst one hundred acres of parkland, you’ll find a beautiful Georgian house.  Welcome to Bridwell, the family home of Lord Ivar Mountbatten.

This year marks a new beginning for the house.  Used as a private residence for over 240 years, the house is opening its doors to guests to enjoy on an exclusive use basis.  The Bridwell team have put a lot of thought in to what will make your day special and as a result offer a number of beautiful spaces to hold your ceremony and/or celebration.  You can also stay at the venue with eight bedrooms available for guests and the Lord Ivar or Lady Ivar suites available for the couple.  Bridwell have formed a partnership with the The Pop-Up Hotel to offer larger parties glamping within the grounds or can recommend local accommodation.

The venue is already proving extremely popular so make sure you get in touch and arrange a viewing of this spectacular venue.

At Bridwell, you will discover a peaceful retreat, where your every desire may be fulfilled, and the entire estate will be yours to use as if it were your own.  Nothing will be too much trouble, and no-where will be out of bounds.
