Hookhouse Farm, Surrey

I’m starting to wonder why I found it so hard to find a wedding venue with no minimum number.  Today a Google search has found Hookhouse Farm, Outwood, Surrey.  It is conveniently wedged between the M23 and A22 and the area is famous for Englands oldest working Windmill.

Hookhouse Farm is a working farm that is home to a 17th Century threshing barn which is available for wedding receptions.  What is extremely handy is that you can get in the day before to decorate.  It’s a complete blank canvas for you to do as you wish. Check out my Barn Pinterest board for some inspiration.  Table, Chairs and an octagonal marquee are all included in the hire price for up to 100 guests and a suppliers list is available to help you complete your requirements for the day.

If rustic, countryside, farm and barn are all on your tick list then you need to check out Hookhouse Farm.

Our 17th Century threshing barn with it’s exposed oak beams, has changed very little from it’s original state, offering you a beautiful, original and most unusual setting for your wedding reception with many opportunities for photographs around the farmhouse gardens and surrounding grass paddocks.

We want your day to be totally relaxed, very special and an unique event. The barn is exclusively yours from the day before your wedding to decorate, a blank canvas for you to be as creative and bespoke as you wish
