The Trout at Tadpole Bridge, Oxfordshire

I have always been drawn to the river and subsequently all the houses that I have lived in have always been by a river.  Though this year I slightly regretted that decision.  I should probably just live on a house boat!

It is therefore no surprise that I like the sound of The Trout at Tadpole Bridge.  If Pub + Countryside + River are all on your requirements list then this is surely a must see.

There are a number of options for your wedding day; The Riverbank Pagoda and the Garden Room are available for ceremonies.  There are three options for dining which are; informally in the inn, the private dining room, outside in the gardens or hire a marquee on an exclusive use basis only.

Our location is fabulous, deep in the Oxfordshire countryside set on the banks of the River Thames, the Trout has established a reputation as one of the finest inns in the UK.

The landscaped gardens which run down to the river are the perfect backdrop for the special day. The gardens allow you and your guests to enjoy drinks and canapés before a sumptuous wedding reception.
